The ideal candidate is a mixture of project manager, and customer success. You ll report to the CEO and help deliver a variety of strategic initiatives supporting business leaders including Sales, Finance, Compliance and Marketing. We are looking for someone who is bold, passionate, connected, authentic, and accountable. We need someone who is comfortable working with a diverse grip of internal stakeholders. The Project Manager leads, coordinates, and tracks projects amongst multiple business owners within the company to ensure desired and consistent outcomes. Works first hand with each of the various departments to help them formalize and define their project requests. Works closely to assist stakeholders to analyze their information processing needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior Management and stakeholders.
Coordinates Vendor Management Due Diligence with outside vendors and the Executive and Management Teams.
Proactively identify potential issues, barriers, and solutions during the project lifecycle.
5+ years of related project management experience.
Bachelor s Degree or a combination of education and experience considered.
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
Demonstrated skills delivering multi-team, cross-team deliverables.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization.
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Project) and Liquid planner software
